"Which?" will withdraw Web Trader status from companies who do not consistently

The Just-a-Sign web-site also provides security for the consumer in terms of data
encryption for credit/debit card purchases. The purchase page (order form) is managed by
Netbanx Ltd and is located on their secure servers. Netbanx are well known as providers of
secure payment services for UK web traders.
The link to the Netbanx secure server is performed automatically by clicking on the
hyperlink "Proceed to Order Form" elsewhere on this page. Once you are on the
secure pages, look for the closed padlock symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of your

Delivery
Your sign will be despatched to you within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Delivery will be by courier, and will take approximately two days.
Signs which have not been received within one week of order will be re-despatched, in
accordance with the requirements of the Which? WebTrader Scheme.
Any courier used by Just-a-Sign will make arrangements for redelivery to your home, or
collection from a depot, where necessary.

Statutory Rights:
Your statutory rights are not affected - i.e. you have all your "statutory
rights", and these are not changed.
Layout:
Just-a-Sign reserves the right to correct "typographical errors" in any
submitted sign-wording, remove indecent or defamatory statements, and adjust text layout
and size where this is reasonable. All sign-wording text will be sized to fit an area
approximately equivalent to 305mm by 210mm.
Sign Erection:
Just-a-Sign only undertakes to provide customised "For Sale" signs. It does not
undertake to erect those signs or to provide any other "on-site" labour. The
provision of a timber post or any other fixing mechanism is entirely the responsibility of
the purchaser.
Permission:
Although Just-a-Sign signs are understood to comply with all UK standard planning
legislation, this cannot be guaranteed, especially where local arrangements or legal
agreements apply to specific properties. The purchaser is responsible for checking all
local restrictions.
Limitation of Service:
Just-a-Sign does not undertake to provide "estate agency" services, other than
the purchased provision of a "For Sale" sign
Outcome:
Just-a-Sign cannot "guarantee" any outcome as a result of using its signs.
